By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.
Orders & Payment
Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully received, we’ll begin preparing your order.
All prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars.
Payments are processed securely through the payment options available at checkout. We do not see or store your full credit or debit card details.
Handmade Products
Many of our products are handmade in small batches. Because of this, there may be slight variations in colour, appearance, scent or finish from one batch to another.
We think that’s part of the beauty of handmade products. 🌿
We do our best to ensure product descriptions, photographs and information on our website are as accurate as possible.
Availability
Occasionally an item may sell out or become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer an appropriate solution, such as waiting for the item to become available, choosing another product or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.
Shipping & Delivery
We’ll do our best to prepare and send your order within the timeframes stated on our website.
Once a parcel has been handed to the delivery provider, delivery times can sometimes be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Returns, Refunds & Problems With Your Order
We want you to be happy with your order.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or isn’t as described, please contact us so we can make it right.
Your purchases are also protected by the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit the rights you have under that law. Consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be removed by a store’s own terms.
For change-of-mind returns, For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept change-of-mind returns of opened personal-care products.
Australian Consumer Law generally does not require a business to provide a refund simply because a customer changes their mind, so offering a 14-day change-of-mind policy is an additional store policy rather than a replacement for customers’ legal rights.

As everyone is different, we cannot guarantee that a product will produce the same result for every person.
If irritation or an unwanted reaction occurs, stop using the product.
